As of today, there are just 146 days left in this year. That’s 146 mornings. 146 opportunities. 146 chances to choose differently. The question isn’t “What can you cram in before the clock runs out?” The real question is: How will you use what’s left to realign with what you actually want?
Too often, we wait for January 1st like it’s some magical reset button. But growth doesn’t need a new year to begin. It needs clarity. It needs honesty. And it needs consistent, courageous choices, especially when they’re uncomfortable.
Don’t Let People (or Patterns) Waste Your Time
If 2025 has taught us anything so far, it’s that time is nonrefundable.
So, let’s get honest:
- Who or what is squandering your energy?
- Are you living on autopilot, or are you leading with intention?
- Are you chasing validation, or walking in alignment?
The rest of this year isn’t just about doing more. It’s about doing what matters. Because the wrong relationships, the wrong habits, the wrong commitments…they cost you too much. They delay your healing. They confuse your vision. They keep you tethered to things you’ve already outgrown.
Clarity Requires Bravery
This is the moment to clarify your goals, not just the pretty ones you write in a journal, but the real ones that scare you a little. The ones that require boundaries. That demand rest. That call for discipline. And once those goals are clear? You’re going to need courage. Courage to make new decisions. Courage to risk disappointing people who benefitted from your silence or over functioning. Courage to say, “That’s no longer for me.” Because the truth is: healing isn’t passive.
And neither is growth.
Your Future Is Built in Moments Like This
We often think our future hinges on some big turning point. But more often, it’s shaped by the quiet, everyday decisions we make when no one is watching.
- Do I check in with myself or push through like always?
- Do I speak up or stay quiet to keep the peace?
- Do I show up for therapy or keep avoiding the hard stuff?
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to get honest about where you’re going and who you’re willing to be to get there.
Final Thoughts
The year isn’t over. Your story isn’t stuck. And your healing? It doesn’t require perfect conditions, just presence and permission. One hundred and forty six (146) days is more than time…it’s opportunity. So, use it wisely.
