Dr. Tanisha L. Knighton is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse populations. She works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families and brings a grounded, real-world approach to therapy that clients describe as both warm and refreshingly honest.
